Welcome to Strong Foundations Behavior Services! Located in Fleming Island, FL, we proudly opened our permanent facility in November 2021, designed to serve individuals of all ages and abilities. Our space features individual treatment rooms, social group rooms, a private fenced outdoor play area, and a full kitchen and laundry room, ensuring a comfortable and enriching environment. Excitingly, in 2025, we expanded our services to include mental health counseling, further supporting our clients' needs.
